I’m involved with every part of the custom design process, from the initial idea to the design to the final stunning piece, making sure that every detail is in place. From engagement rings to wedding bands to necklaces to earrings, we’ve custom made them all with precision and care.

The Idea
This is where it all starts. Email your ideas to support@schubach.com or call us at 888-724-8222 and we’ll chat by phone. If you’re in the Phoenix area, you can stop by our studio to discuss in person, give us a call and set up an appointment. However you reach out to us, we’ll work with you to bring your idea closer to life. Feel free to send us any links or images (a celebrity engagement ring, for example), collages, drawings or your Pinterest page to inspire and inform us. Just a rough idea? Not to worry. Our team members know how to visualize your dream even if you haven’t yet!

The creation
This is where you’ll see your dream come to life. You’ll get your own project page on the Current Custom Projects section on our blog where we’ll post your CAD drawings, illustrations and design updates for your approval. The illustrations will show you amazingly lifelike renderings in multiple angles of what your jewelry will ultimately look like. You’ll also get a video of your finished piece before it ships. The project pages are fun to share with family and friends.

The Green Light
Once the drawings are approved and before we go to final production, you can choose to see a 3D printed plastic model so you can see the design in person for even more visual accuracy. The prints are a nearly exact copy of your design and are a great way to see sizes, widths and proportions and are a great representation of how the final piece will look when it’s finished. It’s not only fun to see your creation in 3D but it’s also a way to confirm it’s exactly what you have in mind before we start final production.
We don’t stop until we’ve created exactly what you want! At every stage of the process, we encourage you to share your opinions and be as involved as much as you’d like. We’re a people-centered jewelry company and thrive off of feedback.

The Cost
Concerned about the cost? Don’t be. Our goal is to match your vision with your budget by offering a range of manufacturing options (there are many ways to make a ring), our affordable diamond brokering service and eco-friendly options like moissanite or PureGrown lab grown diamonds along with a range of other gemstones for your custom design piece.
